Bayou Blend - Gumbo and Jambalaya Spice Blend

Crickets are chirping, frogs are croaking and Zydeco music is playing in the distance. The aroma of our spice blend will take you back to the banks of the Bayou. 

Use our blend for gumbo, a hearty stew with meat, bell pepper, celery and onions with a succulent gravy-like texture, usually served over rice. Or use it to make another Cajun favorite, Jambalaya, an easy recipe included with our spice blend.
